Yes, There Is Such A Thing As A Wedding On Superbowl Sunday!

Yes, There Is Such A Thing As A Wedding On Superbowl Sunday! JR and Nicole Salmon
February 1, 2009, The Edgewater Hotel

How I enjoyed the marvelous opportunity to share in JR and Nicole Salmon's wedding day!

Their sweet daughter was a highlight of their wedding ceremony, walking down the aisle with her Mommy in full petal girl glory!

This was a large wedding at The Edgewater Hotel and JR and Nicole worked with me to create a ceremony that was uniquely their own. The focus was on their loving partnership and it also included their charming little girl with beautiful words and a special gift.

Jr and Nicole, thank you for the privilege of sharing in your wedding day - and on Superbowl Sunday, too!

Title: Temptations - Silent Night

This is my favorite version of this song. It's the most beautiful version. The "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" intro is from Floyd Cramer's medley. First released August, 1980, on the Temps. Alb. "Give Love At Christmas." The single was released in 82. The lineup for this version was: Otis Williams, Dennis Edwards, Melvin Franklin (born David Melvin English), Richard Street, Glenn Carl Leonard. Yes, Yes, Yes, there was an earlier version on the album "Christmas Card". Released in 1970. The lineup for that version was Dennis Edwards, Eddie Kendricks, Paul Williams, Melvin Franklin, Otis Williams. Completely different rendition though.

Title: Patcheeee | Rock N' Rolla (100th Video) | Modern Warfare 2 Montage

Ok so basically this is my original MW2 montage that a lot of people wanted to see...I also thought it would be a good thing to upload as my 100th video =)

RATE/FAVOURITE/COMMENT the shit outta this. I want it to get maximum views =D

Also, subscribe to Ben, he edited this.

This is the same gameplay and stuff that was in my "Blink" montage that Small Beans edited..but a lot of people wanted to see my original montage as TopNotchMultimedia didn't really like the editing. Yes there are some bits that might not be to peoples taste but I liked this montage as it is how they USED to be when montages dominated and no one even did commentaries.

Thanks for all your awesome support.

The Small and Intimate Wedding Ceremony: 3 Tips For A Sweet And Memorable Moment

Weddings come in all shapes and sizes. The small and intimate wedding ceremony is a favorite for me. It offers a couple a sweet and personal experience with a tight group of family and friends. If you are planning a small and intimate ceremony, here are three wedding planning tips to consider as you move closer to your wedding day:
1) Consider A Weekday Wedding: Small and intimate wedding ceremonies are perfect for a weekday. By having your wedding on a weekday, you may save money with preferred pricing as many wedding professionals will be very happy to have a weekday booking.
2) Involve Your "Tribe" In Your Ceremony: Working with your Officiant, Minister or Rabbi, work to create a ceremony that sweetly involves everyone in the room. I am officiating a ceremony for Colin and Andrea this coming Sunday and we're having a "parade" of family and friends to the wedding site along with a group reading. Fun and elegant in all ways...
3) Plan A Special Surprise: A small and intimate wedding ceremony is a perfect size gathering for a special surprise during your wedding ceremony. Any surprise needs to be well orchestrated by the person leading your ceremony and if executed well, can create a lifetime memory.
A few months back, I officiated a ceremony for a wonderful couple. Brian had never formally proposed to Amy and I found this out while working to create/write their ceremony. I called Brian and after a little conversation, we landed on a perfect surprise for Amy. On their wedding day, and before their exchange of vows, Brian got down on one knee and proposed to Amy. If only you could have seen Amy's face.

Love Letter Writing Guide - How to Write Romantic Love Letters

por | | 0 comments

What can be more romantic than sending a handwritten love letter to your loved one, full of romantic words and genuine feelings you have for him/her?

Love letters are one of the best ways to show your special loved ones how you feel for them and how much you love them.

A heartfelt love letter also makes the perfect gift for Valentine's Day, but you don't have to just limit yourself to that specific day. Every day is a great opportunity to make your loved one happy by sharing your deepest feelings with him/her.

The great thing about love letters is that you don't have to be a poet or a skilled "writer" to be able to write them. Everyone - and I really mean "everyone" - can do it.

Because they are just about putting your romantic feelings into words genuinely - even in very simple words. This openness is what makes love letters special.

To write a more romantic and heart warming letter, here are some questions that will give you good ideas to write about:

Idea #1: What was the first time you felt you were in love with him/her? Did anything special happen that made you realize your love?

You can describe in clear details how it happened and how you felt and it will mean the world to your loved one. I promise. :-)

Idea #2: What is the #1 thing he/she has that makes you feel so much in love with him/her whenever you think about it? It could be about looks or about personality.

For example you may say "the way her face shines when she smiles", or "the way his eyes always bring peace and love to me when I look into them."

Idea #3: What positive changes have you made since he/she has entered your life? What valuable lessons have you learned from him/her?

For example it could be that before you met him/her, you were pretty shy and didn't fully believe in yourself and your unique abilities, but he/she helped you love yourself more and be proud of who you are.

When your loved one reads this, she will practically feel on clouds because he/she sees what a big difference he/she had made in your life.

Idea #4: It's also a good idea to include a heartfelt romantic love poem at the end or the beginning of your letter. Sometimes nothing can show how we feel better and deeper than a good poem.

Idea #5: And as the last tip: Don't forget to say "I Love You" at the end of your letter. This simple yet effective sentence will really seal the deal in your loved one's mind.

Wish you a wonderful life full of loveBusiness Management Articles,

Title: Love Letters - An Animated Proposal - v2.0

I produced this animation as a way of proposing to my girlfriend (now wife) Natasha. I assembled a team of 20 animators to assist me, including co-workers, as well as students from my 3D character animation class at the Art Institute of California-San Francisco. We created more than four minutes of animation in just three months. When it was completed, I surprised Natasha by bringing her to the Parkway Movie Theater in Oakland, where they played the animation on the big screen in front of over 100 of our friends and family. The entire event was filmed for the TLC television show "A Perfect Proposal."

Director's Note: I pulled a George Lucas and retrofitted the opening shot of the animation to show a photo of the Natasha design from "The Invitation" rather than the earlier drawing of Natsha I had done, which I was never quite satisfied with. Also, after receiving many a tersely written emails, I finally decided to listen to the fans and have completely removed all scenes with Jar Jar Binks.

FAQs:

Q: "What software program did you use to create your animations?"

A: All animation was done in Maya and edited together in Adobe After Effects. You can download a Personal Learning Edition of Maya free from the Autodesk website.

A Seattle-Kitsap County Inter-Faith Wedding Ceremony - Travis & Margot Style!

por | | 0 comments

A Seattle-Kitsap County Inter-Faith Wedding Ceremony - Travis & Margot Style! I met Travis and Margot more than a year before their wedding ceremony on May 30, 2010.

And on this day, I had the marvelous opportunity to officiate their Inter-Faith wedding ceremony which celebrated their Jewish and Christian traditions/backgrounds.

The night before their Sunday evening wedding, Margot's parents hosted a beautiful sit-down dinner at their Mercer Island home before the casual wedding rehearsal (a bit cramped in a living room and it worked well!)

More than 150 family and friends traveled by ferry to Bremerton for this wedding day. Under a gorgeous Chuppah, Travis and Margot exchanged their vows and involved their parents and wedding party in the exchange of their rings.

Wedding Coordinator Alison Lum did a terrific job pulling together all details for a gorgeous ceremony setting and reception - Alison, you made my job extra easy!

Travis and Margo ~ Thank you. I loved being a part of your wedding day and one day I'd like to tell you about a sweet exchange I had with Margot's Grandfather after the ceremony.
